We proudly serve the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Scarborough, Stouffville, Aurora, Newmarket, North York, East York, Etobicoke, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and their surrounding areas. Our extensive fleet of 25+ vehicles ensures timely service across our coverage area.
For most commercial locations, we can typically begin service within 3-5 business days after completing the necessary paperwork, site inspection, then delivery of the appropriate waste/recycling bins. Butler has inventory of all types of bins and sizes ranging from 2yds to 40yds including compaction equipment readily available. Butler prefers to customize a waste and recycling solution to meet your specific waste and recycling needs. For specialized and customized equipment like compactors and balers, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery and installation.

Our fleet of waste and recycling collection trucks are on the road 6 days a week. We offer flexible collection schedules ranging from daily service to monthly pickups depending on your waste volume and requirements. Our team works with you to establish an optimal collection frequency that ensures your site remains clean while maximizing efficiency and your costs.
Absolutely! We will customize and design a comprehensive recycling solution including cardboard, paper, plastic, metal, and many other materials such as bakery waste. Our recycling consultants can help customize and implement effective programs that will reduce landfill waste and may lower your overall waste management costs.
For all our front load containers, Butler offers locks for your bins to keep others from illegally dumping into your bin. You will be provided with 2 keys for your bin lock. Our experienced drivers will unlock the bin, dump its contents and then relock it for your peace of mind.
Yes, we provide full-service compactor rental solutions including customizing a practical way to place the waste into the compactor. You will approve a compactor size and feed application design that meets your requirements, then we will install, cover the maintenance, and repairs all for one monthly rental price. Our compactors are ideal for businesses with high-volume waste, helping to reduce collection frequency and improve waste handling efficiency.
We typically invoice monthly for regular service and our terms are 30 days. We do accept cheques but we do prefer the greener payment methods including credit card, electronic funds transfer.

While we offer both contract and month-to-month service options, our contract customers receive priority scheduling and rate protection. Most of our customers choose our contract options, but we’re happy to discuss which arrangement would work best for your needs.
Our service contracts and quotes include all standard service charges including fuel surcharges. We pride ourselves on transparency and will clearly explain all potential charges before service begins. Additional charges are only incurred when there are extra services performed beyond your contract service charges. For example, fees for putting more weight than your contract specified in your containers, or placing waste into your recycling containers, or other special handling requirements such as reloading an overflowing bin.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Collection services operate from 3:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Saturday. For emergency service needs outside these hours, we offer an after-hours contact number for existing customers.
Simply contact our customer service team, ideally through the dispatch email, dispatch@butlerdispoal.com at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll adjust your service schedule or arrange for a container swap as needed. Butler’s team understands that your waste needs may change over time and we are flexible in accommodating these changes.
